·         An overhead projector can be rented at an additional cost of R800.00 per day.

·         Full day conference (6-9 delegates)                    @ R   280.00 per person per day.

·         Full day conference (5 delegates and less)         @ R1 500.00 once off.

• Final numbers to be confirmed within 1 week of conference date.
• All payments must be made in advance or on arrival. 
• No cheque payments or deposits.
• A 50 % deposit is required for confirmation of the reservation.
• The deposit will be forfeited should the reservation be cancelled 48 hours before date of arrival. 
• No amount is transferable within ten days from the date when payment was made. 
• Full payment /settlement on arrival.
• If cancelled 24 hours before conference, the full conference amount quoted will be charged.
