ROOMSOur very private, spacious and comfortable bedrooms are tastefully decorated to make your stay both pleasurable and memorable. Each bedroom is airy and cool in summer, with either air conditioning or ceiling fan. To chase away any winter blues our guest house is heated through out, with under floor heating in all the bedrooms. Each room has en-suite bathrooms, and is equipped with DSTV, radio-alarm clocks, safes, hairdryers, writing desk, as well as fridge, coffee & tea making facilities. The wireless ADSL internet can be accessed in the comfort of your room. All our bedrooms have ample cupboard space for packing and hanging clothes. Coat hangers are provided. Our rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking areas, but smokers are welcome to smoke outside and on balconies. All rates quoted are fully inclusive, and include breakfast. Rates may change without prior notice. Conference 314 on Clark can not only see to all your accommodation needs, but we also boast a small conference facility – ideal for small gatherings, executive meetings, presentations and the like. Should you require a larger amount of people to attend, we can arrange that you make use of the breakfast room, where we have had up to 50 delegates seated for a conference.Our conference facility is set up with a digital projector, so you need to just plug your lap top in for a presentation. We have a white board, sound system and television for your use. The conference room has air conditioning, and ample ablutions are available. Speak to us about our rates, inclusive of any catering you may require. We have a resident chef who can give you a quote tailor made to you needs and budget. DirectionsDirections Directions from the N1 highway: From N1, take Atterbury off-ramp Turn left into Atterbury at top of off-ramp (away from Menlyn shopping centre) First left into Charles street (BP garage on right hand side) Travel down Charles street about 2,5 km Follow municipal information signs to 314 on Clark. These will direct you to turn left into Rupert st. (Including the robot at the BP garage, Rupert is the fourth robot along Charles) In Rupert st, travel up the hill to the second mini circle Turn left into Clark street.
