Description

Situated in a peaceful and tranquil setting, only a nugget s throw (35km) from Johannesburg, past Southgate on the R82, this resort offers peace and quiet to the tired city dweller wishing to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Security fenced and 24 hour entrance control. Klub Koppisol is a highly recommended resort and has been a semi finalist and finalist in the AA Resort of Year competition.

Built chalets come equipped with eating and cooking utensils, towels, linen, full bathroom, 2 plate stove with small oven, fridge, microwave, M-Net, small built-in safe, shaded carport, braai area and garden furniture. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. The resort provides shady, level and grassed caravan sites with spotless ablution facilities with laundry and scullery. A gas system ensures ample hot water. This setting is further enhanced with the sound of tranquil music in the bathrooms. Gas refills also done in the resort.

Each of 100 sites is 150 square meter, level, grassed and supplied with an ordinary 3-point plug, tap and braai. oppisol currently rates as one of Caravan & Outdoor Life's, as well as Loftus', 100 best caravan parks.
 
Koppisol offers a wide variety of entertainment for the whole family. If you simply want to relax, you can relish the freedom as your children enjoy themselves in the warm or cold water pool, waterslide, foofy-slide or trampolines. Add to this table tennis, volleyball, outdoor chess, baby pool and kiddies play park and there's bound to be something to do for everyone.

Additional costs for mini golf, outside snooker and pool, go carts, tractor and trailer rides and video games. Organized entertainment during season.

There is also a shop on the premises which carries most of your daily necessities. Should it not be available, the nearest shops and supermarkets are 8km away. Though we are not on the river, the waterfront with it's many restaurants and bird sanctuary is only 15km away. Close by are beautiful fishing areas and two golf clubs.
 
Koppisol has been a semi finalist and finalist in the AA Resort of Year competition in the category: Self Catering Resorts.

A variety of well-maintained, well-equipped self catering chalets are available and you can take your pick between the more luxury built chalets and the coach chalets. All chalets are serviced daily.
