All accommodation on the estate is managed by Rina Grobler from Pecan Rooms. health spaLearn through play Kidz Academy children are treated with love, hugs and homely care. Under the ownership and management of a mom herself, the school is based purely on the happy development of the children. In the safe and secure environment of Pecanwood Estate, Kidz Academy strives to develop the children to be confident and self-assured. The school forms the basis for a child’s schooling years. The children are taught the basic principles of life, standing in a line, listening to their elders, respect, sharing, cleaning up and manners. Babies Babies from 3 months to 2 years are given exceptional care by Thandi. There is a separate baby room where the babies each have their own cot and a quiet peaceful place to sleep. There is also a separate playing area for the babies, but they do socialise and interact with the older children. Children There are two classes:
2-3yr olds - taught by a qualified teacher and helped by an assistant
3-6yr olds - taught and assisted by two qualified teachers The weekly schedule includes a theme. The children’s activities centre around these themes. The daily activities include bible study, colouring, singing, circle time, and story time. Time is also scheduled for baking, music, art activities, play ball, swimming and play golf. There is of course also plenty of time for play!

Carry on straight until you get Pecanwood on you right

Take R28 towards Krugersdorp
Take Malibongwe (old Hans Strydom)/Lanseria offramp
Turn right at the top of the offramp
Carry on straight past Lanseria airport until you reach a T-junction
Turn left at T-junction
Carry on straight until you get Pecanwood on your right
From Johannesburg
Take N1 towards Randburg
